Sinnana S Jones Owner/Manager
We are excited to introduce our owner, Sinnana S Jones, whose extensive experience and passion for the real estate industry has shaped the foundation of our company. With 25 years of experience in real estate closings, Sinnana Jones has become a trusted expert in the field. Having lived in Hattiesburg for nearly 30 years, she has deep roots in the local community and a strong connection to the area.
Throughout her career, Sinnana has been deeply involved in industry organizations, having served on several committees and even chaired committees for the Hattiesburg Area Association of Realtors (HAAR). Her dedication to the industry has earned them multiple accolades, including being named Affiliate of the Year by HAAR for three years and receiving the MAR Regional Affiliate of the Year award. In addition to her professional accomplishments, Sinnana is also committed to giving back to the community. She proudly serves on the board of Kids Hub Child Advocacy Center.

Alexa Owens, Attorney at Law
Alexa Owens, originally from Laurel, Mississippi. After graduating from Mississippi State University in 2012 with a degree in Political Science, I continued my education at Mississippi College School of Law, where I earned my Juris Doctorate in 2015. After law school, I moved to Hattiesburg, where I began my career in litigation. It was during this time that I discovered my passion for real estate law, particularly title work, and transitioned to practicing as a title attorney.
Outside of my professional life, I'm a proud mother to my 6-year-old son, Knox, who keeps me busy with his many sports activities. I've been a member of Venture Church since 2015, and I enjoy spending time with my church community. In my free time, I love cooking, playing tennis and soccer, reading, and spending time outdoors.
Sayward C Loftus, Title Review Specialist
Sayward Loftus, has 21 years of experience in the title industry, Sayward has had the privilege of working across Mississippi, Louisiana, Ohio, Kentucky, and Alabama. In 2018, she earned her statewide notary commission for Louisiana, further expanding her expertise in the field. Sayward is a proud graduate of Louisiana State University of Alexandria.
Driven by a passion for continuous learning and growth, Sayward is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. Her ultimate goal is to ensure every title is clear and that each closing goes as smoothly and effortlessly as possible.
